John Hansen, Mr. Natural Olympia and 3x Natural Mr. Universe, will guide you to a new body. With over 40 years of experience training himself and others, John will design a Training and Nutrition program that will change you from a Dad Bod to a Ripped Bod. You will lose fat, gain muscle and strength, improve your health and increase your energy and vitality in the shortest time possible. You will begin your journey by filling out a Training and Nutrition Questionnaire that will allow John to get acquainted with your individual body. John will write up a Training Program and Nutrition Plan to help you change your physique by losing fat and building lean muscle tissue.

After your initial program, John will continue to guide you for as long as you wish with the Month to Month Consultations. John will check in with you EVERY Week (by phone, email or Skype) to review your workouts and diet. These weekly consults with your Coach will help to motivate you and keep you progressing week after week until you achieve your Ultimate Physique. John Hansen is a Natural Bodybuilder and he will design a Training and Nutrition Program for you without the use of steroids or other drugs. You will develop your health and physique and achieve your goals in the shortest time possible.

Combo Training and Nutrition Program (BEST DEAL!)  – $300.00

John will design a Training and Nutrition Program customized specifically for you. This Program will spell out exactly what you should do for your workouts, including your weight training program and your cardio routines, and exactly what and when to eat your meals. After receiving your program, John can modify or change your Training and Diet Program according to your specifications. This Combo Training and Nutrition Program also includes weekly follow-ups with John for the first four weeks after you begin. John will check in with you to see how the program is working and make any adjustments to make sure you are seeing progress EVERY WEEK. You can also email or text John at any time with any questions you may have in regards to your new Training and Diet Program.




Training Program – $200.00

John will design a Training Program customized specifically for you. This Program will spell out exactly what you should do for your workouts, including your weight training program and your cardio routines. John will design a Nutrition Program customized specifically for you. This Program will spell out exactly what you should eat for each meal including the type of food and the amount. John will design a Diet Program that detail how many calories you are eating each day along with the grams of protein, carbs and fats. After receiving your program, John can modify or change your Diet Program according to your specifications. The Nutrition Program also includes weekly follow-ups with John for the first four weeks after you begin. John will check in with you to see how the program is working and make any adjustments to make sure you are seeing progress EVERY WEEK. You can also email or text John at any time with any questions you may have in regards to your new Diet Program.




Follow-up Consultation Program

After the first month of receiving your new Training and Diet Program, you can continue to work with John each week by using the Follow-up Consultation Program. John will check in with you once a week by either Skype, Phone or Email and see how your progress is going following your new program. John will see where your weight is at as well as your waist measurement. He will also talk to you about your training and diet for the last week and see if you have any questions or need to make any changes. If you experience a plateau in your training and diet and are not seeing any results, John will modify your training and nutrition program to get your body moving again toward your goal. There will be no sticking points or set backs when using the Follow-up Consultation Program because John will be with you every step of the way to make sure you make progress each week.
